If you see an item on my website that you would like, but it is marked “SOLD”: fill out the form below and indicate what item you would like to order. If you can not find a stuffed animal or doll on my website, but have a photo of the item, you may email me the scanned photo to your inquiry at susan@susanssewnique.com. Please be sure to fill out the form completely, so that I can contact you with questions and a quote.

Special orders require a deposit of 50% of the quoted price and are not placed on the work schedule until the deposit is received. After Pay Pal has notified me of the transfer of funds, you will be informed of the week your order will be created. The work calendar is sometimes filled for six to eight weeks, so be sure to let me know if you have a deadline! I never commit to a special order if I feel that I can’t meet your expectations. Returns on special orders are accepted within seven days with a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping.

*All fields are required because... I always respond within 48 hours to all customer inquiries. My customers have had serious problems not receiving my e-mails. If you do not hear from me within a couple days of sending a request, try checking your spam box. If I do not hear back from you I will try contacting you through a different e-mail account.
